The Rose by NattyB Story

Many years ago I was diagnosed with Clinical Depression.  Feeling as though there was no light at the end of the tunnel, I found solace in seeking mental health treatment.

It was a tough journey and to be surrounded by so much love and support by my family and close friends, together with this new found network of help, I came through these dark days stronger than ever!

When my thoughts began to stray to the negative I was told to picture something beautiful.  A rose/flower was the first object that came to mind - hence the inspiration behind the name.

It was my turn to stop and smell the roses, surround myself with positivity and immerse myself into something I love. Between the normal everyday life chaos, my downtime has always been my crafting projects.

I recently discovered the world of Cricut and sublimation craft and am filled with so much passion to create and share this discovery through pieces that I hope will bring others just as much joy!

With all these things to help, I ROSE above the noise and nourished the ROSE to grow by surrounding it with love and positivity.  The ROSE has become so instrumental in my life. My daughter chose it as her Confirmation name; I was surrounded by ROSEs in my 2nd marriage to my very beautiful and positive husband and our street name has ROSE in it. I've happily filled my life with roses.

Many people have told me over the years that I should start a shop and sell my creations - so rose by natty has evolved. I hope that my pieces will bring my recipients much joy to everyday moments and special occasions - as much as it brings to me x
